Can I change the delivery frequency?

Yes. All subscription items on this page default to 30 days, but can be quickly updated by logging into your account once the subscriptions are started.

How do I manage my product auto-shipments?

Login to your account and then click the “Manage Subscriptions” link on the right hand side of the screen

Can I use discount codes or rewards on Auto-Shipment items?

Discount codes and rewards cannot be applied to Auto-Shipment items since these products are already being offered at a discounted rate.

What does Auto-Ship mean?

Auto-ship is an easy way for you to never worry about running out of your Brickell faves. Just tell us which items you want delivered to you and how often.

You won’t have to place an order for your faves every time you run out. Plus, your auto-ship orders come with up to 10% off every time.

You always have complete control over your deliveries. You can change your delivery frequency and quantity in the My Account section when you login to your account.

What about shipping charges?

You’ll still be responsible for shipping cost, unless you’ve met our U.S. threshold for free shipping ($99 or more).

When do items ship?

Your first order will ship within 2 business days. All future orders will be processed depending on the frequency you chose when placing your first order. For example, if you place your initial order on January 15th and choose a two month delivery frequency, the next order date will be March 15th and the order will ship within 2 business days. All auto-ship orders ship by standard shipping.

When will I be charged for Auto-ship orders?

Orders will only be billed to the credit card used to create your auto-shipment on the anniversary date of when you chose to have your next shipment sent out. You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order processing date. You will be notified three days prior to upcoming subscription orders via email.

How do I cancel an auto-shipment order that’s already processed?

As long as the order hasn’t already shipped, you can contact our support team at support@eightsaintsskincare.com or using the widget in the lower-right corner of your screen.

Are there any recurring charges associated with Auto-Shipment?

The recurring charge is only the cost of the product(s) selected for auto-ship.

How do I skip a delivery?

If you need to skip a delivery, login to your account and then click the “Manage Subscriptions” link on the right hand side of the screen. Then click “Delivery Schedule” to see upcoming deliveries and click “Skip” for whichever deliveries you want skipped.

How do I cancel all future orders?

Login to your account and then click the “Manage Subscriptions” link on the right hand side of the screen. Then click “Cancel” next to each auto-shipment you want to cancel.
