How do I get my monthly credit?

Can I use my monthly credit with my rewards?

Yes, your credit works the same as your existing rewards and can be combined with more than one rewards gift card code.

Can I save my monthly credits for a rainy day? 

Yes! Your credit rewards can be saved up to use when you’re ready. They do not expire.

Do my monthly credits expire?

No, your credit rewards do not expire and work the same as your existing rewards.

Do I get rewards points each month for the monthly fee? 

VIP customers receive 800 rewards points monthly as their credit for being a member. VIP Membership orders do not receive additional rewards.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership in your account portal at any time or contact us as you normally would via email or chat on the site using the same email address tied to your 8S VIP Membership. There are no termination fees or hidden costs to cancel. If canceled, your membership will remain active for the current month paid, then you will lose membership benefits after the current month.

What happens to my benefits if I cancel?

Membership benefits are active for each 30 day membership charge. If the membership is canceled or skipped, the benefits will end 30 days after the last membership charge.
