Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include gift wrap or surcharges that may apply to some items.

*Orders placed past 10am EST, on weekends or holidays will not ship until the following business day. While most customers receive their orders within the stated timeframes, it is not guaranteed. Certain events, holidays, etc. may cause delaying in delivery. FREE Standard Shipping is only eligible for orders $99 or more AFTER any discount is applied to the order.

YES! We have received and fulfilled orders from 6 continents and nearly every country. Please see our international customer FAQ for more information.

What are your international shipping rates? + -

We offer FREE shipping on international orders over $150 (after any discount is applied). Due to the restrictive nature of certain country's customs processes, not all country's qualify for free shipping.

What about duties and fees? + -

Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in the orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses we incurred to ship you the package, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping. We discount all our international shipping costs for customer convenience, so the original shipping expense will be higher than the amount you paid. If you qualified for free shipping, you will also be charged the original shipping expense we incurred to ship you the package.

How do I use my discount code? + -

Discount codes must be entered at checkout, unless otherwise specified. Only one discount code can be used per order.

How do I use my rewards code? + -
Rewards codes must be entered at checkout, unless otherwise specified. Rewards can be redeemed as a gift card which can be applied to orders along with discount codes.

To access your rewards, log into your account here.

From your account, select “Access your rewards” from the account menu, then scroll to the “Redeem Your Points” section.

Click “Get reward” and copy/paste the code that can be redeemed at checkout.

If you want to redeem more points, repeat as needed and add each gift card code at checkout in the discount/gift card code box.

Do my rewards expire? + -

No. Reward points do not expire.

Why isn't my discount code working? + -

Discount codes are subject to limitations and conditions. Please refer to the email in which you received the code or the “Details” link in the website top bar for limitations. Discount codes cannot be combined or used on auto-shipment items and some offers are only available for first-time customers.

Codes, promotions, and other offers cannot be stacked; only one discount code / promotion is allowed per order. This does not apply to gift cards; discount codes can be combined with a gift card on the same order.

REFER A FRIEND

How does refer a friend work? + -
  • Step 1: Create An Account or Sign In to your account to Access Your Rewards and start giving your friends rewards they can use towards their first order.
  • Step 2: Share your personalized referral link via Email, Facebook, or Twitter, or simply copy and paste your link into a message.
  • Step 3: When your friends place their order using your referral code, you'll receive 800 points ($40) reward to spend online.

    *Refer a friend special promotion: Get $40 off your next order for successful referrals of new-to-brand customers. The referred friend must place an order of a Discovery Kit through your unique referral link (or an order $20 or more for you to be eligible to receive the $40 reward). $20 friend code is only valid on orders of $20 or more on certain products and cannot be combined with other discounts, subscription items, items listed as sale or final sale, or special promotions. We reserve the right to block anyone misusing or abusing the program. Offer subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

My referral link doesn’t seem to be working? + -

We have some suggestions for troubleshooting the link not working!

  • Referred friends must be a new-to-brand customer (cannot have an account or order history)
  • Try incognito/private mode on your browser. Popup blockers/etc. may interfere with the referral popup.
  • Once the link is clicked, wait a moment for the popup with the code.
  • Referral link is good for 5 successful referrals, then refreshes with a new link. You may need to check with your referring friend to see if their link was updated.

PRODUCTS / INGREDIENTS

Are you really all natural? + -

Yes. Our products are all natural, made with high amounts of organic ingredients when possible. In rare cases, we use very small amounts of well known, scientifically proven safe preservatives to keep products stable under extreme heat.

Do you test on animals? + -

Absolutely not.

Is it normal for my product to change color slightly? + -

Due to the natural stabilizing and thickening ingredients in our products, they may change in color depending on temperature. For example, a product may appear clear in cooler temperatures and white in warmer temperatures. These changes do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.

Is it normal for the product to separate? + -

Since there are no artificial binding agents in our products, some natural ingredients may separate at warmer temperatures - this does not affect the efficacy of the product. To recombine the product, refrigerate it for a few hours, then remove and stir.

How long will one product last? + -

Generally if you use one product daily it will last for 3 months.

ORDERS / PAYMENTS

What forms of payment do you accept? + -

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Afterpay. We do not accept payment via check or over the phone.

What is Afterpay? + -
Afterpay is a free service that allows customers to buy now and pay later in four equal installments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest. Visit Afterpay’s How It Works page for additional information.
How do I use Afterpay? + -
Select Afterpay as your payment method during checkout and proceed with your purchase. Afterpay will appear as a payment option for orders totalling $35 or more that do not include auto-shipment items and/or a Discovery Kit.
When will my order be shipped? + -

We usually ship your order the same day it's placed. We strive to ship out all orders within 24 hours; however if we cannot fulfill an order within 3 business days, then we will notify you of options.

Why was my Discovery Kit order cancelled? + -

Due to the promotional nature of our sampling program, we have a strict one per household limit on our Discovery Kit. If you place an order for duplicate Discovery Kits, our system will automatically cancel the order and refund your purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you'd like to gift a kit and have already purchased one yourself, you will need to purchase a Gift Discovery Kit. We reserve the right to discontinue business with any customers whom we believe abuse any of our sampling programs.

How can I place an order over $500? + -

Do you sell gift cards? + -
Yes. We sell e-gift cards for our U.S. customers. Physical gift cards are not available. You can purchase one here.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Can I return products? + -

Yes! You may return any products purchased (used or unused) within 30 days of the purchase date. The product(s) must be at least 1/2 full of the original content. Our Discovery Kit/Gift Discovery Kit, Individual Samples, Free Gifts, and Gifts are not eligible for a return. If you have a reaction to any of our products, we're happy to help find a better product for you. Head over to our Returns page to initiate a return or have us help you find a product that's a better fit.
