Also, it can easily penetrate the skin to offer maximum benefits. That’s unlike ascorbic acid, another common form of vitamin C which is not easily absorbed.

Adding Vitamin C to Your Routine

Vitamin C is safe to use on your skin every day. If you have sensitive skin or are introducing vitamin C for the first time, every other day is fine too.

One advantage of using vitamin C for skincare is that its benefits build up over time. So, even if you don’t apply it daily, you’ll continue to feel its benefits. Still, consistency is key to getting the best results.
