This website is owned and operated by Eight Saints Skincare LLC, a manufacturer of grooming and skin care products. Eight Saints Skincare LLC ("Eight Saints", "us", or "we") takes your privacy very seriously. We are committed to protecting and safeguarding the privacy of visitors to our websites including mobile versions of our website ("Sites").
This Privacy Policy identifies and describes the way Eight Saints uses and protects the information that we may collect about individuals who utilize the Sites. This Policy may be changed or updated from time to time, and the "last-modified" date will always be visible at the top of this document.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE EIGHT SAINTS SITES OR PROVIDE EIGHT SAINTS WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. The Personal Information We Collect
We may collect different types of personal and other information based on your use of our products and services and our relationship with you ("Personal Information"). Some examples of Personal Information we may collect include:
Information you give us:
- Contact Information (such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address);
- Payment information (such as your payment card details, financial account information, security codes, and billing address—most of which you are providing to Shopify, Amazon Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay, whose own privacy policies apply);
- Information provided by you in conjunction with a survey or a promotion, or in providing comments or feedback to us;
- Information you send us in applying to become a brand ambassador;
- Other personal information you may provide to us (including photographs).
Collection of Data
Our site uses technologies of third-party partners (such as Google and NextRoll) to help us recognize your device and understand how you use our site(s) so that we can improve our services to reflect your interests and serve you advertisements about the products and/or services that are likely to be of more interest to you. Specifically, our technology partners collect information about your activity on our site(s) to enable us to
- Measure and analyze traffic and browsing activity on our site(s);
- Show advertisements for our products and/or services to you on third-party sites;
- Measure and analyze the performance of our advertising campaigns;
- Provide advertisement relevant to your general location;

Please note: We may share data, such as hashed email derived from emails or other online identifiers collected on our site(s), with our advertising partners such as NextRoll. This allows our partners to recognize and deliver you ads across devices and browsers and provide interest-based advertising. Opting-Out of Interest-Based Advertising:
Our partners engaged in delivering interest-based advertising such as NextRoll may use non-cookie technologies that may not be impacted by browser settings that block cookies. Your browser may not permit you to block such technologies. For this reason you can use the following third party tools to decline the collection and use of information for the purpose of serving you interest based advertising:
Automatically-collected information
Also, when you visit our Sites, we may collect certain information via automated means. For example, our systems may collect information about your activity on the Sites (i.e., pages you visit, address of a referring website (if any), identifiers for your mobile device, geographic location information, and Internet Protocol (IP) address) for a number of purposes. Such information is collected using automated technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and server log files. We may use this automatically-collected information to help tailor the ads you may see on the Sites and the messaging that is provided to you from our systems. Further, we use this information to operate, maintain, and manage our Sites.

Standard Web server traffic pattern information. General traffic, site usage, browser information and length of stay information is collected and stored in log files.

Cookies/Web Beacons. A "cookie" is a text file that our website would send to your computer or mobile device to identify your browser or to store information or settings in your browser. A "web beacon" (also known as a pixel tag or Internet tag) links web pages to web servers and their cookies and may be used to transmit information through cookies back to a server. These tools allow a certain Internet site to remember important information that will make your use of the site more convenient, such as remembering what items you may have put into a shopping cart on an earlier Site visit, or knowing what pages you have accessed on the Sites.
Use the options in your Internet browser if you do not wish to receive a cookie or if you wish to set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. Click on the "Help" section of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences. If you disable all cookies, you may not be able to take advantage of all the features of the Sites.

Analytics. We use analytic services, such as Google Analytics, as well as other third-party vendors tracking aggregate data that place first-party and/or third-party cookies on a browser across our websites. To opt out of Google tracking, please visit their opt-out page. We also may use Google AdWords "remarketing" to market our sites across the web. You may opt out of such ad serving on Google's opt out page. If you are concerned about 3rd party cookies served by networks, you should also visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
Data about your activities online may be collected for use in providing advertising tailored to your individual interests, either by us, our affiliates, or third parties. We may work with third parties such as network advertisers and ad exchanges to serve advertisements across the internet and may use third party analytics service providers to evaluate and provide us and/or third parties with information about the use of these ads on third party websites and viewing of ads and of our content.
We and these third-party vendors, including Google, may use third-party technologies (such as a Facebook Custom Audience Pixel) together with our own first party technologies in order to analyze ad impressions, your use of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services. The information collected may also include information about your visits to our Sites, include the pages you have viewed and what content you have seen. These third-party tracking technologies may be set to, among other things: (a) help deliver advertisements to you that you might be interested in; (b) prevent you from seeing the same advertisements too many times; and (c) understand the effectiveness of the advertisements that have been delivered to you.
How We Use The Personal Information We Collect
We may use the Personal Information we collect in a variety of ways, including to:
- Provide you with the best customer experience possible;
- Provide the products and services you purchase, and to respond to your questions;
- Communicate with you regarding purchases, registrations, special events, and promotions;
- Deliver customized content and advertising that may be of interest to you, and remember you when you visit our Sites;
- To comply with applicable law and protect against fraud and other crimes;

- Respond to your requests, questions, and/or comments;
- Perform data analyses (including market and consumer research, and trend analyses);
- Provide you information across your devices.
Personal Information We Share with Others
Eight Saints does not sell your Personal Information to third parties. When you make purchases on our Sites, you will be doing so through Shopify, which has its own privacy policy and protections in place, or through other payment platforms such as PayPal, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay, which have their own privacy policies.
Eight Saints may share your personal information with non-Eight Saints companies that perform services on our behalf, as necessary for them to perform those services (i.e., payment processing, shipping, etc.) or that help us with our marketing (i.e., NextRoll). Eight Saints requires those companies to have reasonable safeguards in place to protect any Personal Information they may receive in a manner consistent with applicable law.
Further, Eight Saints may share information collected by cookies and other automated means with sites you link to from the Sites, or with social media providers (such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Google+) that you visit by clicking through to social media platforms from our Sites. Please note that while Eight Saints does not capture or store your login information or any other personally identifiable information for social networks if you link to those through our Sites, their websites may store session information or cookies on your computer or wireless phone. Social media is further discussed below.
In Other Circumstances: Other than as noted above, we may be required to share your Personal Information for purposes such as complying with court orders or law enforcement; assisting with identity verification, and to prevent fraud and identity theft; selling Eight Saints's assets, or in process of arranging for the dissolution of Eight Saints; or enforcing our agreements and property rights.
Our Online Privacy Policy for Children
We don't knowingly collect personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 13 unless we first obtain permission from the child's parent or legal guardian. In addition, children under the age of 13 are not authorized to make purchases from Eight Saints without consent from a parent or legal guardian.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information provided by a visitor under the age of 13 without permission from a parent or legal guardian, we will delete the information from our records. A child's parent or legal guardian can also request that the Personal Information of their child be deleted from our records, if it has not been already.
If you are under 16 years of age and reside in the European Union, you must provide an email address for your parent or legal guardian, and before you can access or use the Sites, Eight Saints must receive your parent’s or legal guardian’s express consent. You will not receive access or the ability to use the Sites, and we will not collect additional Personal Information from you, until we receive your parent’s or legal guardian’s consent. Your parent or legal guardian may revoke consent at any time, and Eight Saints will take reasonable steps to delete all Personal Information collected from you. Eight Saints will also provide your parent or legal guardian with the ability to request to review your Personal Information, prohibit further collection of your Personal Information, and delete, or instruct the deletion of, your Personal Information.
How Your Personal Information is Stored and Processed
Personal information collected on our Sites, or received by Eight Saints from you or third parties, may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where we or our service providers maintain facilities.
The servers and databases in which information is be stored may be located outside the country from which you accessed the Sites, and in a country that does not have the same privacy laws as your country of residence. The Personal Information you provide us may be transmitted abroad, but we will collect, process and use Personal Information only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
International Transfer of Information
If you choose to provide us with Personal Information, we may transfer that information to our affiliates and subsidiaries or to other third parties, across borders, and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world in accordance with legal requirements. Eight Saints uses European Union Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data transfers from the European Union to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Employment-Related Information
Employment-related information and queries may be transferred to Eight Saints. By visiting our Sites and submitting information, you consent to such collection, processing, transfer and/or storage of your Personal Information.
Safeguarding Your Personal Information
The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We require non-Eight Saints companies acting on our behalf (i.e., credit card processing companies) or with which we partner on advertising to have reasonable safeguards in place to protect any Personal Information they may receive in a manner consistent with applicable law.
However, you understand and agree that such steps do not guarantee that use of the Sites is invulnerable to all security breaches, and that Eight Saints makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation that use of any of our Sites is protected from viruses, security threats or other vulnerabilities.
There are several measures you can take to protect your Personal Information. One option is simply not to volunteer it to us. In your request, please make clear what Personal Information you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your Personal Information suppressed, or other limitations you would like to put on our use of your Personal Information.
For your protection, we only fulfill requests for the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable, but at the latest will do so within thirty (30) days.
Notice to non-U.S. users
As the Internet is a global environment, collecting and processing Personal Information may involve the transmission of this data internationally, including into and/or outside of the United States. Therefore, by communicating electronically with us, you acknowledge and agree to your personal data being processed in this way.
Specifically, if you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that by using the Sites, your Personal Information may be transferred to the United States or other third-countries, the privacy laws of which may be deemed by your country to have inadequate data protection. We have a legitimate interest in collecting and processing your information for the purposes we have outlined in this Privacy Policy and so that we can optimize your experience with the Sites. We retain and store your Personal Information only for as long as we have a legitimate business purpose to do so and in accordance with our data retention policies and this Privacy Policy.
In response to receiving a request for one of the rights set forth above, Eight Saints will timely comply with the request within the time periods set forth in the GDPR for each right. Several of the above rights are not absolute and apply only in certain circumstances. Eight Saints will comply with requests for those rights as set forth in the GDPR. We are intent on resolving any issues relating to our handling of your Personal Information, and you may contact us at any time regarding any questions or concerns.
We do not make any decisions about you based on automated processing of your Personal Information.

We may offer links to sites that are not operated by Eight Saints, or you may see a banner ad for a product and click on that to visit a non-Eight Saints website for that product. If you visit one of these linked sites, you should review their privacy and other policies. We are not responsible for the policies and practices of other companies.
Further, Eight Saints uses a variety of new technologies and social media options to communicate and interact with consumers and has links to certain social media provider available on its Sites. When interacting with a Eight Saints presence on those social media websites, you may opt to reveal certain Personal Information.
Any Personal Information you have chosen to share on any Eight Saints social media pages will be visible to persons visiting those pages, and privacy on those pages is governed by the privacy policies of those social media companies. Other than to respond to posts or answer questions, Eight Saints will not use Personal Information provided on its social media pages without permission from you.

Marketing Communications
If you have agreed to receive marketing communications from us, you can later opt out by following the opt-out instructions in the marketing communications we send you. You can also opt out by contacting us at the email or address in the "How to Contact Us" section below.
Please note that if you do opt out of receiving marketing communications from us, we may still send communications to you about your transactions, any accounts you have with us, or any sweepstakes or contests you have entered.
If you sign up for our text messaging program, cookies may be used to personalize your experience (e.g. send you personalized text messages such as shopping cart reminders).
Notice to California Residents
Subject to certain limits under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may ask us to provide them with (i) a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, and (ii) the identity of those third parties.
